Why do you remain devoted to the Trade Show?
For over 170 years Bilstein Group has been involved with maintenance and repair professionals. It is in our DNA to support them in their economic success by helping them sell more and better. It is therefore important for us to be present all shows that bring together the players in the sector. It is in this dynamic of support and continuity of actions in the field, that this year we will again be at EQUIP AUTO with a stand of 216 m².
Is the close relationship with all the professionals, which the event promotes, a crucial feature?
EQUIP AUTO remains a unique time of exchange with our distributors and repair businesses about their concerns of today and about our common challenges of tomorrow. It is also a strong driver of business development, to retain our current customers and develop new partnerships. Finally, it is an opportunity to display our industrial expertise, and to highlight the value added specific to each of our brands, through our product and solution innovations.
What will visitors discover at your stand?
Our booth is organised around our different areas of expertise. The industrial competence that will be the centre of our space will highlight products designed by our production unit, Bilstein Engineering, to reflect our manufacturing activity. The breadth of our range will be displayed around our strategic product lines on display stands: chassis parts, rubber-metal, engine cooling and electrical parts for Febi as well as clutch, filtration and braking for Blue Print. A specific centre on the world of Febi steering and suspension parts will highlight, on two chassis (a Peugeot 207 and an Audi A4), our wide range of products adapted to all vehicle technologies. Also exhibited on this part of the stand will be the Bilstein shock absorbers, for which we are the only ones to market the entire range in the aftermarket sector. Two other focus products will be developed. One is devoted to our expertise in Asian parts with the Blue Print offer and the development of strategic "All Makes" ranges for filtration, clutch and braking. A new product family, exclusively presented at Equip Auto will complete this offer. The other is the heavyweight vehicle, highlighting the Febi wheel extractor, selected at the show's Grand Prix for Automotive Innovation, as well as the new light-signaling line, which complements our offer of more than 26,000 OE applications available for this market. The technical expertise will take place in a fun way by inviting visitors to participate and win prizes in a game based on the distribution channels kit. Finally, visitors can also find our part identification solution, Partsfinder, with our online parts catalog including Febi VL, Febi PL and Blue Print, more than 60,000 references.
